1 Medium organic zucchini
1 Medium organic squash
3 Diced organic tomatoes
6 oz. Diced shiitake mushrooms
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Oregano
1/3 cup Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
