8 small red potatoes diced
5 carrots peeled and diced
2 cloves of garlic diced
6 large tomatoes diced
5 cupsof chicken or vegetable broth
3 medium squash diced
8 fresh basil leaves chopped finely
3 medium zucchini diced
1Add all to pot. Cover and simmer stirring regularly for 25 minutes.
