1 can of chickpeas
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp curry
1/2 tsp ginger (optional)
2 medium sweet potatoes peeled and diced
4 - 5 button mushrooms
2 medium tomatoes diced
1 Handful of small kale pieces
1Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes and serve.
