Ingredients

For Crust:

2 cups Almond flour (or flour of your choice.)

6 tbsp Sunflower seed oil

2 Organic eggs

1 tsp Cinnamon powder

For Filling:

1 cup Steamed organic broccoli florets

4 Organic eggs

1/4 tsp Pepper

1 cup Almond milk

Directions

Filling

1• Steam 1 cup of organic broccoli florets • In a large mixing bowl whisk 4 organic eggs, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1 cup of almond milk together.

Instructions:

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees

2Lightly grease pie pan

3Press crust dough into bottom and sides of pie pan

4Place pie crust in oven for 12-15 minutes

5Remove pie crust from oven. Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees.

6Sprinkle pie crust with 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese.

7Pour milk, egg, pepper mixture over cheese.

8Bake quiche for 15 minutes.

9Decrease oven temperature to 325 degrees and bake for an additional 25 minutes.

10Cool slightly and serve.
